Praca: Customer Service Specialist with Finnish

Location: full remote 

• Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. 
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database; 
• Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
• Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues; 
• Stay up to date with process changes and product updates; 
• To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner

• Language: Proficiency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2) 
• Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service;   
• Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
• Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision (w@h set up).

• Ability to prioritize and plan;    
• Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;  
• Ability to solve problems;  
• Attention to detail;   
• Soft skills.

• Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);  
• Basic salary + bonuses;  
• Working hours: 9:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
