CCPORTER provides professional services for companies in the field of business development, enabling the combination of various outsourcing services. We offer office lease, co-working services and professional contact-center services providing our Clients with solutions adjusted to their individual needs.

 

We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:

  • Active selling and promoting company’s products by phone to existing customers from Italian market
  • Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers
  • Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the order made by our customers
  • Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
  • Competitive salary + bonuses
  • Work from home or in an attractive location in the center of Warsaw
  • Flexible working hours which may be adjusted to your needs (40 hours/week between 08:00 - 19:00)
  • Delivery of devices needed for work: personal computer and headphones
  • Specialized training and real development opportunities
  • Work in a friendly environment
  • Fluent Italian language
  • Very good English or Polish language
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week and attending a 5 days training via Skype or the office in Warsaw
  • Self-confidence and great communication skills
  • Experience in a position related to the sales and customer services is always appreciated
