•  Experience and know how:
  
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field of user experience design or product design 
  • Ability to create customer journey maps, stakeholder maps, service blueprints, user flows 
  • Ability to create information architecture 
  • Experience in conducting research: individual in-depth interview, usability tests 
  • Experience in creation wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes, proved by portfolio 
  • Experience in leading workshops with a team and stakeholders (locally and remotely) 
  • High-level proficiency in prototyping software (Axure RP, Adobe XD, Sketch or other related) 
  • High-level proficiency in English

  Working practice:

  • Experienced in work in cross-functional teams 
  • Experienced in work remotely in international teams 
  • Able to engage people in applying user-centricity and to solve problems in a proactive and focused manner 
  • High level orientation on both customer and end-user

  Personality:

  • Well organized with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
